Laser pointer - DR300+ / DR PLUS
• Laser pointer replacement
Tools and equipment
The Laser pointer is included in the transmitter assembly group and also includes the Tracker
transmitter. The Tracker transmitter is prealigned with the Laser pointer, when aligning the Laser
pointer the Tracker transmitter is also aligned.
Note – The output power for the laser pointer:
• 0.7mW for the DR 300+
• 0.6mW for the DR PLUS

Warning – Do not use a laser pointer for a DR 300+ in a DR PLUS distance unit as the laser
class might be exceeded

tracker unit cover.

2 Remove Tracker
transmitter board.
A. Turn center unit to face
two.
B. Remove the screw.
C. Disconnect the tracker
transmitter board.
See Fig. 5-72 on page 5-75
.
Be aware of the
spacer.
3 Remove board holder. A. Turn the center unit to
face one.
B. Pull up the holder.
C. Disengage the spring.
During turning, watch
the cable and tracker
transmitter board.
4 Disconnect cables A
to F.
