Radio configuration
The radio side cover/external radio can be configured for different country specific settings:
• Setting of Base (internal radio) or Remote (external radio)
• Output power
• Baud rate
The configuration is stored in the BRC board. If the BRC board is replaced, radio needs to be
configured for the country.
Service
Maintenance
Configuration of radio is done via the service software.
No adjustments such as the AFC adjustments on the old Georadio exist on the Georadio 2.4. Only
function test and range test is necessary.
The radio output power (10mW) for the S3 Robotic is set by the instruments configuration number.
