TCXO Frequency Calibration
Availability of a Frequency counter with the following specification is necessary.
Range: 100Hz-300MHz
Uncertainty: <1x 10 -7 at (23 ± 3) °C / per year
Resolution: 10 digits, max. 0,1mHz
e.g. Fluke PM6685/-5- with OCXO
This TCXO calibration correction value is used for exact calculation of distances. The transmitted
frequency and the TCXO frequency on the Transceiver board will be changed.

E. Repeat the measure
sequence B, C & D
until the measured
frequency is in
tolerance.

Frequency counter is
required, 0,1 Hz
resolution.
After saving the
correction value, the
TCXO frequency
will be corrected and
a new frequency
value can be
measured.
