1 Remove servo side
cover.

2 Remove cables to IPC
board.
Remove cables from:
A. Horizontal motor
winding/angle board.
B. PSM board
C. Vertical motor winding
/ angle board
D. Accelerometers
E. Tilt sensor
See Fig. 5-19 on page 5-18
.
3 Replace IPC board. A. Remove the five
screws holding the
board.
B. Replace the board.
Align the contact
springs with the slip
rings.
C. Mount the five screws,
one screw is holding
the KNB contact spring
See Fig. 5-19 on page 5-18
.
100 Ncm. Be careful with the
contact springs,
they can not be
replaced.
Use a torque wrench
with a torx T10 bit.
