Laser power test
This test checks the energy differences between the 8 transmitting tracker channels.
Performance
10 Tighten clamp screw
for tracker transmitter.
Tighten clamp screw, see
Fig. 6-154 on page 6-142
under permanent
observation of the
transmitter beam position.
60 of a turn
measured from
the first
resistance.
During tightening a
small correction by
the vertical
adjustment screws
are possible.
11 Final check If the spot has moved out
of alignment after
tightening the locking
screw, repeat the
alignment procedure from
item 6.
Tracker
transmitter spot
displayed
symmetrically
with deviation
of ± 1,2mm
referring 1,5m
or ± 1 referring
1,2m.
Specification:
Deviation ±180”
12 Exit software and
remove power.
Click
Exit button.
13 Mount parts A. Place TPB board in
correct position.
B. Connect all cables.
C. Mount board holder,
distance unit cover and
handle.
14 Verify tracker
transmitter alignment
function.
