Service interval
Note – This function requires firmware R10.0.58 or higher.
Service interval information for customer is a function that can be activated in PASS The service
interval information will recommend for the customer to service the instrument:
• Once a year
or
• After 3000 running hours
This information will be displayed in the application software and the face2 panel. The face2 panel
also provides information about next recommended service occasion and how many run time hours
the instrument have left before service is recommended, this information is found in
Setup / Service
Info
menu.

How to activate Service interval function
Connect the instrument and run Service interval function, PASS will update two variables:
• Adding one year (13 months) to service date.
• Adding 3000 hours.
What to perform when instrument is in for Service interval
Note – Service Interval maintenance requires a level 3 workshop authorisation.
The following is recommended to perform when instrument is in for service interval:
• Regreasing of centre unit axes, see page 5-50
• Check Service Bulletins for updates
• Run all test in Maintenance & Service
• Run through the instruments check list service/repair, see page 6-203
