2.32 Alternative Route Selection(ARS) for Digit
conversion table
Description
This feature is enabled if there are several paths in order to connect toward a destination
System when a user use digit conversion feature.
If a selected path is not available for some reason (All Busy, Line Fault, etc) after digit
conversion, Alternative Route Selection (ARS) will connect calls using predefined designated
path in digit conversion table.
Operation
Conditions
If set, Alternative Route Selection operation is automatic.
1. ARS is optional and ARS digit in digit conversion table must be programmed to be
operational.
2. ARS digits should be contained in the CO Group Access Code
3. ARS can be used in coordination with Last Number Redial, Station Speed Dial,
and System Speed Dial.
