2.40 Forced Disconnect Intrusion
Description
You can force a busy outside Line or station to disconnect an active call, and connect to your
phone. Prior to connecting, the outside Line is returned to idle. When connecting to a station,
the station will receive a short warning tone.
Operation
iPECS IP & LDP Phones
[TRANS/PGM] + {FLEX} + [TRANS/PGM] + [7#] + [HOLD/SAVE]
1. Lift the handset or press the [SPEAKER] button.
To activate Forced Line Disconnect:
2. Press the busy Line button or dial a Line access code, you will receive busy tone.
3. Press the {Forced Disconnect} button.
Or
Press the [TRANS/PGM] button and dial “7#”, the Forced Seize Busy code.
4. The call on the busy Line is terminated, the connected station receives error tone
and you are connected to the Line.
1. Place an intercom call to the busy station and receive busy tone.
To activate forced intrusion to a busy station
2. Press {Forced Disconnect}button.
Or
Press the [TRANS/PGM] button and dial “7#”, the Forced Seize Busy code.
3. The call on the busy Station is terminated, the station receives warning tone and
you are connected to the station.

1. Lift the handset
To activate forced Line disconnect feature
2. Dial the Line access code of a busy Line, you will receive busy tone.
3. Momentarily press the hook-switch.
4. Dial “7#”, the Forced Channel Seize code.
5. The call on the busy Line is terminated, the connected station receives error tone
and you are connected to the Line.
Conditions
1. If the station was talking to other station or CO line, the call is disconnected when
the station receives forced Intrusion call.
2. A Forced Intrusion call is not possible to a station in DND state.
3. A Forced Intrusion call is not possible to an Attendant.
4. Any station with a Forced Intrusion button can activate this feature.
