2.46.3.13 Personal CCR/User Greeting DISA
Description
Your integrated Voice Mail User greeting can have an associated Personal CCR Table
configured by your system Administrator. While listening to your greeting, outside callers may
dial a digit that that correlates to a destination in the Personal CCR Table. When the digit is
dialed, the caller is routed to the defined destination.
The available destinations, shown below, are the same as the system CCR Tables employed
for Auto Attendant.

 Page Zone
 Voice Mail
 System Announcement
 Company Directory
In addition, if allowed, the system will monitor digits for a station number. If the user dials a
station number, the system will transfer the caller to the station.
