6.13 DND Override
Description
A station in the DND generally cannot receive an incoming call. The Attendant or the
Secretary station of an Executive/Secretary pair however may override the DND status to
signal the station of an awaiting call. A Flex button assigned for Intrusion is required.
Operation
Attendant
[TRANS/PGM] + {FLEX} + [TRANS/PGM] + “86” + [HOLD/SAVE]
To assign a Flex button as an{ATD INTRUSION} button
1. Press the {ATD INTRUSION} button, the call signals at the station DND.
To activate DND Override while receiving DND tone
Conditions
1. An Attendant may use Override to transfer an outside call to a station in DND.
