Figure 4.28: Caster Wheel Extensions
1. Raise rear of windrower slightly so that most of the
weight is off the casters, using a jack or other lifting
device under the frame at location (A).
NOTE:
Lifting device should have a lifting capacity of at least
2270 kg (5000 lb.).
2. Remove six bolts (B) (four on backside, two on
underside) and washers from left and right side of
walking beam.

3. Slide extensions inboard or outboard equal amounts
and align holes at desired location.
NOTE:
Use the caster wheels to assist in moving the
extensions by rotating the caster until the wheel is
parallel to the walking beam.

IMPORTANT:
Caster wheels must be equidistant from center of
windrower.
