Backup a few seconds.

Backup to beginning.
•Dial

• You can append the message after the playback
completes.
[Cncl]
Cancel the recording and erase the current Welcome
Message.
[Erase]
Erase the currently recorded message.
• Alternately dial
E (3).
[Copy]
Select the Welcome Message Copy option.
• Alternately dial
C (2).
Enter the number of the Call Routing Mailbox from which you
want to copy the Welcome Message.
• The voice prompts will let you know when the Welcome
Message copy is complete.
[Erase]
Erase the recording.
• Alternately dial
E (3).
[Back]
Go to another Call Routing Mailbox.
• Alternately dial

[Back]
Go back to the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial
