Operation
Recording a Welcome Message for a Call Routing Mailbox
(If you don’t see a Soft Key, press More> until it appears.)
Log onto System Administrator’s mailbox (301).
[Admin]
Access the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial
SA (72).
[Annc]
Select the Welcome Message options.
• Alternately dial
W (9).
Enter the Call Routing Mailbox number.
[Lstn]
Listen to current Welcome Message.
• Alternately dial
L (5).
[Pause]
Pause listening.
• Alternately dial *.
[Resume]
Resume listening.
• Alternately dial *.
[Erase]
Erase the currently recorded message.
• Alternately dial
E (3).
[Exit]
Exit the listen mode.
• Alternately dial

Backup a few seconds.

Backup to beginning.
