Record a new Instruction Menu Message.
• Alternately dial R (7).
Record message.
[Pause]
Pause recording.
• Alternately dial *.
[Resume]
Resume recording.
• Alternately dial *.

Save the recording and exit the recording mode.

Backup a few seconds.

Backup to beginning.

• You can append the message after the playback
completes.

Cancel the recording and erase the current Instruction
Menu Message.
[Erase]
Erase the currently recorded message.
• Alternately dial
E (3).
[Copy]
Select the Instruction Menu Message Copy option.
• Alternately dial
C (2).
Enter the number of the Call Routing Mailbox from which you
want to copy the Instruction Menu Message.
• The voice prompts will let you know when the Instruction
Menu Message copy is complete.
[Erase]
Erase the recording.
• Alternately dial
E (3).
[Back]
Go to another Call Routing Mailbox.
• Alternately dial #.
[Back]
Go back to the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial
