Recording a Broadcast Message

Log onto System Administrator’s mailbox (301).

Access the System Administrator options.

Select the Broadcast Message options.

[Lstn]
Listen to current Broadcast Message.
• Alternately dial

[Pause]
Pause listening.

[Resume]
Resume listening.

[Erase]
Erase the currently recorded message.

[Exit]
Exit the listen mode.
