SKEW AND SIDE-TO-SIDE ADJUSTMENT

To Correct Skew
1. Spacers are provided inside the 3000-
sheet finisher B830 [A] and inside the booklet finisher B836 [B].
2. If trailing edge is skewing toward the front of the machine, insert a spacer under
front end of the bracket.
-or-
If the trailing edge is skewing toward the rear of the machine, insert a spacer
under the rear end of the bracket.
The procedure is as follows:
1) Loosen screws (x2) [C] or [D] where
the adjustment is required so the
spacer can be inserted.
2) Insert one spacer [E] or [F].
3) Do some more test prints to check
the adjustment.
If skew is still present, insert
another spacer at the same location.
