Adjustment and verification

7 Fine adjustment of
video camera.
A. Press the Start
button for Camera
adjustment
.
B. If one or both of the
bars are red, then
improve the
adjustment
according item 6.
C. Turn the adjustment
screw in small steps
carefully to
maximize the green
bars.
D. Click
OK button
after focusing is
completed.
A horizontal and
vertical bar
appears
indicating the
sharpness of
picture (edges of
black square).
The adjustment
is done after both
bars are in the
green range
appearing from
the 50% mark.
red bar = unsharp
green bar = sharp
If the light conditions
are changed an Auto-
exposure can be done
pressing the
Start
button in pre-
adjustment and repeat
from item 6.
Sharpness OK will
appears in the black
result field.
8 Troubleshooting
Hardware
Error codes
shown in Program
status / messages.
Video-camera can not
be focused getting the
bars in the green fields
or finally the message
Sharpness OK doesn’t
appear.

1) Restart PC,
instrument and
Service software
and repeat the
procedure.
2) Check that the
Video-camera is
positioned to the
supports.
3) Replace the
Video front lens.
