10 Troubleshooting
calibration / Error
messages.
General calibration
failure.
1) Restart PC,
instrument and
Service software
and repeat the
procedure.
2) Check during
calibration, that
the software is
detecting the
black dots with a
green circle
around.
3) Check
focusing of the
video front lens
and correct
position of
Video-camera.
4) Check Tilt
sensor offset,
HA/VA
collimation and
Trunnion axis to
be sure, that the
angle system as
base for the video
calibration is
correct calibrated
and in tolerance.
If not, the target set up
and light condition are
not sufficient and has
to be checked.
If the calibration fails
because the
calibration results are
not matching the
specifications in the
service software, the
hardware has to be
checked.
