6.30 Multiviewer (MVR) Menu
General
The last card slot on an E vent Master processor—for example, Slot #14 on an E2, or Slot #9 on an S3–4K—m ay be either a normal
Output slot or a dedicated M ultiviewer. (See the description of the Setup tab in "Configuration Menu > Adjus tment > Unit Configur a-
tion", page 105 for instructions on how select this slot as either an O utput slot or a Mu ltiviewer slot.)
A Multiviewer ena bles m ultiple s ources (inputs, Backgrounds, outputs) to b e displayed on one or two m onitors. S creen Destinations
(Program and P review) can be used up to two times in any Multiviewer Output. T he position of the window for ea ch copy can
be different, but the size of the w indow for each copy is always the sa me." Multiviewer Menu is the module used to setup the
Multiviewer outputs.
Description
This m enu is accessible by clicking the Multiviewer icon in the menu bar on the left side of the UI.
The three drop-down menus in the title b ar select the system, unit or layout displayed in the multiviewer. For release one, only one
system and one unit are supported.
The M ultiviewer page is divided in four parts.
