The Tech Suppo rt Menu, shown in the following illustration, prov ides quick acces s to Customer Support contact information, and
also shows you the software version for your Event Mas ter unit.

This menu displays:
• The software v ersion o f y our Event M aster unit . For more details on software upgrade instructions please refer to section
"Updating firmware", page 255.
• The US Customer Support telephone number. This number is accessible from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (PS T), 7 days per week. The
European customer support numb er is: 0800-90-0410. In China call: 40088-22726. All other regions, call your local Barco
support.
• The Custom er Sup port w eb site address for all regions.
