Rimontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Applicare grasso su entrambi i lati del
rasamento (9) scelto durante la
verifica del gioco assiale (vedi
paragrafo “Verifica gioco assiale
forcellone” di questo capitolo).
Posizionare il forcellone (8) sul motore
(M) frapponendo sul lato sinistro il
rasamento (9) scelto.
Inserire il perno (6) (opportunamente
lubrificato con grasso) dal lato sinistro
del forcellone insieme all’anello
seeger (5) e introdurlo per circa metà
della sua lunghezza.
Spingere il braccio sinistro del
forcellone contro al motore, ed
installare fra braccio destro e motore
il rasamento (9) scelto durante la
verifica del gioco assiale.
Inserire il perno completamente fino
in battuta, facendo attenzione a non
danneggiare i rasamenti.
Inserire l’altro anello seeger (5).
Posizionare le viti speciali (7) nelle
proprie sedi sul forcellone e bloccarle.
Serrare le viti (7) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Inserire i tappi (4).
Rimontare sul forcellone i pattini
catena superiore (10) ed inferiore (2).
Serrare le viti (1) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Refitting the rear
swingarm
Grease both faces of the shim (9) you
have selected after measuring axial
play (see paragraph "Checking
swingarm axial play" in this section).
Position the swingarm (8) to the
engine (M) placing the selected shim
(9) in-between on the left side.
Grease the shaft (6) and insert it from
the left side of the swingarm together
with the circlip (5). Push in about half-
length of the shaft.
Push the left arm of the swingarm
against the engine and fit the shim (9)
you have selected after measuring
axial play, between right arm and
engine.
Fit the swingarm pivot shaft fully
home against circlip (5). Do not
damage the shims (3).
Fit the other circlip (5).
Position special screws (7) into their
seats on the rear swingarm. Tighten
screws with nuts (11).
Tighten nuts (11) and screws (7) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit caps (4).
Position the upper (10) and lower (2)
chain sliding shoes onto the
swingarm and then tighten the
screws (1) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
