Reassembling the
casings
Carefully inspect the casings. They
should be in perfect conditions and
clean. Mating surfaces must be
perfectly flat and free from burrs.
Overhauling the clutch-side
casing
Check that the following parts are in
place inside casing:
Secondary shaft end bearing (31).
The bearing (30), supporting the
primary shaft, secured through
spacers (20) and retaining screws
(21), tightened to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
The main bearing (25) with bush (24).
The roller bearing (22) with snap ring
(32) at timing lay shaft.
Rimontaggio semicarter
I semicarter devono risultare integri e
perfettamente puliti. Le superfici di
accoppiamento devono risultare per-
fettamente piane ed esenti da bave.
Revisione semicarter lato
frizione
Sul lato interno del semicarter devono
essere presenti:
il cuscinetto (31) di estremità dell'al-
bero cambio secondario;
il cuscinetto (30) di supporto dell'albe-
ro cambio primario, fissato distanziali
(20) e viti (21) bloccato alla coppia pre-
scritta (Sez. C 3);
il cuscinetto di banco (25) con relativa
bussola (24);
il cuscinetto a rulli (22) con seeger
(32) in corrispondenza dell'albero rin-
vio distribuzione.
