Rimontaggio gruppo
volano/alternatore
Installare sull'albero motore la rosetta
(18), la gabbia a rulli (20) e la boccola
interna (19), facendo in modo che
quest'ultimo vada a centrarsi nella ro-
setta.
Montare l'ingranaggio condotto d'av-
viamento (21) sulla ruota libera del
volano.
Installare il gruppo volano (23), appe-
na composto, sulla ruota libera (22),
evitando di modificare il posiziona-
mento dell'anello interno (19) nella ro-
setta (18).
Il gruppo volano deve essere po-
sizionato con il segno di riferimento
allineato alla scanalatura dell'albero
motore, in corrispondenza della sede
della linguetta.
Lubrificare con olio motore le superfi-
ci di contatto della molla a tazza (34) e
del dado (35).
Inserire la molla a tazza (34) ed il dado
(35) sull'estremità dell'albero motore.
Importante
La parte più larga della molla a
tazza (34) e la parte piana del dado
(35) devono essere rivolte verso il vol-
ano.
Bloccare la rotazione del volano con
l'apposito attrezzo cod. 88713.2036 e
serrare il dado (35) alla coppia pre-
scritta (Sez. C 3).
Refitting flywheel /
generator assembly
Fit washer (18), roller bearing (20) and
inner bushing (19) on crankshaft.
Make sure that inner ring becomes
seated properly in the center of the
washer.
Fit starter driven gear (21) on flywheel
starter clutch.
Install the flywheel assembly (23)
over the idle shaft (22), taking care
not to change the position of the ring
(19) inside the washer (18).
Flywheel reference mark must be
aligned with the crankshaft spline
near the keyway.
Lubricate the mating surface of
Belleville washer (34) and nut (35)
with engine oil.
Install Belleville washer (34) and nut
(35) on the crankshaft end.
Caution
The larger side of the Belleville
washer (34) and the flat side of the
nut (35) must be facing the flywheel.
Lock flywheel rotation with service
tool part no. 88713.2036 and tighten
nut (35) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
