Sollevamento serbatoio
carburante
Rimuovere la sella (A) agendo sulla
serratura (B).
Svitare le due viti (24) che fissano il
coperchio anteriore (25) al supporto
del serbatoio facendo attenzione alle
rosette (13);
Rimuovere il coperchio (25) sfilandolo
dall’interruttore di accensione;
Sganciare il gancio elastico (C) anteri-
ore dal supporto del serbatoio.
Sollevare il serbatoio e sganciare l’as-
tina di servizio (31) sul telaio;
Appoggiare il serbatoio sull’astina di
servizio (31) nel punto indicato in figu-
ra.
Attenzione
Per evitare fuoriuscite di car-
burante dello sfiato del tappo car-
burante, assicurarsi che il contenuto
di carburante sia minore di 5 lt (spia
riserva sul cruscotto accesa).
Durante il rimontaggio del coperchio
serbatoio, serrare le viti (24) alla cop-
pia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Raising the fuel tank
Turn lock (B) to remove seat (A)
Loosen the two screws (24) fixing
front cover (25) to tank mount. Take
care not to damage or lose washers
(13);
To remove cover (25), take it out of
ignition switch.
Release the front spring hook (C)
from tank mount.
Lift tank and release the service rod
(31) on frame;
Place tank on service rod (31) to hold
it upright referring to the point shown
in the figure.
Warning
To avoid any fuel leakage form
the breather fuel plug, make sure that
the quantity of fuel inside tank is
under 5 lt (low fuel warning light is
on).
When refitting fuel tank cap, tighten
screws (24) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
