Rimontaggio componenti
esterni
Verificare le condizioni della
guarnizione O-Ring (2) ed eventual-
mente sostituirla.
Installare sulla parte superiore del ba-
samento la valvola sfiato vapori olio
(1) con guarnizione OR (2).
Avvitare sul semicarter frizione i due
nippli (8) di raccordo tubazioni olio alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare la molla by-pass (7) e avvi-
tare il nipplo (6) di supporto cartuccia
filtro olio alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C
3).
Avvitare il tappo di scarico (24) con
guarnizione (25).
Rimontare l’interruttore folle (4) con
guarnizione (3).
Rimontare il filtro a rete (9) con
guarnizione come descritto alla (Sez.
D 4).
Procedere al montaggio dei prigionieri
(5) sui semicarter, applicando bloc-
cante sul filetto e serrandoli alla cop-
pia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Reassembling the outer
parts
Check O-ring (2) for wear. Change, if
necessary.
Fit oil breather valve (1) with O-ring (2)
inside engine block.
Fit the two nipples (8) for oil tube
fitting onto clutch casing and tighten
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the by-pass spring (7) and
tighten the nipple (6) supporting oil
filter cartridge to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Tighten the drain plug (24) with seal
(25).
Refit the neutral light switch (4) with
seal (3).
Refit mesh filter (9) with seal, as
described in Sect. D 4.
To refit stud bolts (5) on casing, apply
speed bond on threads and tighten to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
