Sostituzione boccola piede di
biella
L’estrazione della boccola (5) usurata
deve essere fatta utilizzando un pun-
zone appropriato ed una pressa.
Praticare, sulla boccola sostituita, i
fori di lubrificazione in corrispondenza
dei già esistenti sul piede di biella.
Alesare quindi la boccola portando il
diametro interno (D) a 20,035÷20,045
mm.
Changing the connecting rod
small end bush
Pull out the worn bush (5) with a
suitable drift and press.
Drill the new bush at the same
positions of the oil holes of con-rod
small end.
Bore out bush until obtaining a bore
diameter (D) of 20.035-20.045 mm.
