Rimontaggio gruppo
rinvio frizione
Lubrificare e riposizionare l'asta di
rinvio frizione (19) con i due anelli OR
(18).
Lubrificare la guarnizione (17) e
posizionarla con il gruppo rinvio (16)
sul carter.
Impuntare le viti (15) del gruppo rinvio
frizione e serrarle rispettando la
sequenza 1-2-3-1-2.
Serrare le viti (15) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il tubo (9) sul gruppo
rinvio frizione (16), facendo
attenzione all'orientamento del
raccordo del tubo sul gruppo (16).
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non
corretto può causare
malfunzionamenti dell'impianto e può
interferire con le parti in movimento
del motociclo.
Posizionare le due guarnizioni (14) e
serrare la vite (13) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare lo spurgo (12) e il
parapolvere (11).
Per il posizionamento delle fascette
che fissano il tubo (9), fare riferimento
alla tavola della pagina seguente.

Riempire l’impianto
frizione

Refitting the clutch slave
cylinder assembly
Fit the two O rings (18) on the clutch
operator rod (19), then lubricate the
rod and fit it in the engine casing.
Lubricate the seal ring (17) and fit it in
its seat in the slave cylinder assembly
(16) before fitting the assembly to the
engine casing.
Fit the slave cylinder assembly
retaining screws (15) and tighten
them in the order 1-2-3-1-2.
Tighten the screws (15) to the
specified torque (Section C 3).
Fit the clutch hose (9) to the slave
cylinder assembly (16), taking care to
align the union correctly with respect
to the assembly (16).
Warning
Incorrect positioning can cause
clutch malfunctioning and
interference with moving parts.
Fit the two seals (14) and tighten the
union bolt (13) to the specified torque
(Section C 3).
Fit the bleed valve (12) and the dust
cap (11).
Refer to the routing figures on the
following page for details on where
to locate the clamps to secure the
hose (9).
