Rimontaggio impianto di
lubrificazione
Note
Se nella fase di smontaggio è
stata rimossa la vite speciale (6), nella
fase di rimontaggio applicare frenafi-
letti e serrare alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (sez. C 3)
Montare il radiatore olio (8), completo
di tubazioni, inserendolo prima nella
vite speciale (6) provvista di gommino
(9).
Inserire il distanziale (10) ed avvitare
la vite (11) sul lato sinistro della testa.
Serrare la vite (11) alla coppia prescrit-
ta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare le tubazioni di mandata (1)
e ritorno (2) olio sui nippli del carter
motore e serrare i dadi (B).
Posizionare le tubazioni di mandata (1)
e ritorno (2) olio sui nippli del radiatore
olio e serrare i dadi (A).
Disporre le tubazioni come mostrato
nelle figure di fine capitolo.

Note
If the special screw (6) has
been removed, apply threadlock to its
threads before fitting it and tighten it
to the specified torque (Section C 3).
Fit the oil cooler (8), complete with oil
lines, engaging it first in the special
screw (6) with the rubber grommet
(9).
Fit spacer (10) and start screw (11)
into its thread on head left side.
Tighten screw (11) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the oil delivery line (1) and return
line (2) to the nipples on the engine
casing and tighten the nuts (B).
Fit the oil delivery line (1) and return
line (2) to the nipples on the oil cooler
and tighten the nuts (A).
Fit special screw (12) and tighten it to
the specified torque (Sect. C3).
