Attenzione
La casa costruttrice delle
pompe freno, considerando
l'importanza in termini di sicurezza
che riveste questo componente,
suggerisce di non intervenire in
nessun modo all'interno della
pompa (22).
Una revisione non eseguita
correttamente può mettere in serio
pericolo l'incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si
devono limitare per la pompa; alla leva
di comando, al gruppo serbatoio con
relativi componenti di fissaggio e al
fissaggio pompa.
Svitare la vite (6) di fissaggio staffa
supporto (10) pompa.
Svitare il perno (7) di fissaggio leva
comando freno (11), facendo
attenzione a recuperare la rosetta
(20).
Svitare la vite (5) e rimuovere il
serbatoio olio (13). Nel caso si renda
indispensabile la sostituzione del tubo
(14), svitere la fascetta (12) posta
sotto il serbatoio olio (14) e la pompa
freno posteriore (22).
Svitare dalla pompa (22) la vite
speciale (17) recuperando le
guarnizioni (16).
Scollegare l'interruttore (21) dal
cablaggio principale (Sez. P 1).
Rimuovere il comando freno
posteriore completo.

Removing the rear brake
master cylinder
Warning
The brake master cylinder
manufacturer recommends that
you do not attempt to service the
internal components of brake master
cylinder (22).
Incorrect overhaul of this critical
safety component can endanger
rider safety.
Maintenance on these units is limited
to replacing the brake pedal, reservoir
and reservoir fasteners and the
master cylinder fasteners.
Loosen screw (6) on master cylinder
bracket (10).
Unscrew the pivot (7) of the rear
brake pedal (11), taking care not to
lose the washer (20).
Unscrew the screw (5) and remove
the reservoir (13). If you need to
replace the brake hose (14), unscrew
the hose clamp (12) under the
reservoir and the rear brake master
cylinder (22).
Loosen special screw (17) from
master cylinder (22). Keep seals (16).
Loosen screw (5) and remove oil tank
(13). Disconnect switch (21) from
main wiring (Sect. P 1).
Remove the complete rear brake
control.
