Per maggiore chiarezza nelle
immagini è rappresentato un blocco
motore rimosso dal telaio.
Smontaggio teste
Note
Durante lo smontaggio dei
componenti della testa cilindro è
molto importante disporli
ordinatamente in modo da poterli
rimontare nella esatta posizione.
Rimuovere le candele.
Utilizzando l'attrezzo 88713.2096,
svitare i dadi (16) sui prigionieri della
testa, procedendo in diagonale ed in
modo uniforme.
Rimuovere i dadi (16) e recuperare le
rosette speciali (17) posizionate fra
dado e testa.
Estrarre il gruppo testa, sfilandolo con
cautela. Se necessario, per sbloccare
la testa dall’eventuale “incollatura”
sul cilindro, utilizzale un mazzuolo in
plastica, battendo piccoli colpi alla
base ed in diversi punti, sempre con
estrema cautela.
Rimuovere le guarnizioni cilindro
testa (22).

Removing the head
Note
When removing components
from the cylinder heads, it is essential
to arrange them tidily so that they can
be refitted in exactly the same order.
Remove the spark plugs.
Use special tool 88713.2096 to
unscrew the nuts (16) on the cylinder
head studs, proceeding diagonally
and uniformly.
Remove the nuts (16) and the special
washers (17) positioned between nut
and head.
Carefully remove the head unit. If
necessary, to detach head from
cylinder, tap head bottom with a
rubber mallet with extreme care.
Remove head cylinder gaskets (22).
