Smontaggio impianto

Smontaggio pinze freno
anteriori
Svitare la vite speciale (11) di
fissaggio tubo freno alla pompa;
sfilare la tubazione (16) dalla pompa
recuperando le guarnizioni (8).
Allentare le viti (18) e sfilare il
passatubo (A) della tubazione (16)
dalla staffa (17) sulla base di sterzo.
Sfilare la tubazione (16) dalla graffetta
(2) sul parafango.
Se durante la rimozione della
tubazione freno anteriore viene
danneggiata la graffetta (2) è
necessario sostituirla rimuovendo il
rivetto (1) con rosetta (3).
Attenzione
Il tubo senza il ritegno prodotto
dalla graffetta può, in fase di frenata,
venire a contatto con il pneumatico e
causare incidenti.
Rimuovere la pompa freno anteriore
(Sez. F 3).
Svitare le due viti (6) di fissaggio pinza
freno anteriore sinistra (14) allo stelo
della forcella.
Eseguire la stessa operazione per la
pinza freno destra (7).
Svitare le viti speciali (11) su
entrambe le pinze e separare le pinze
freno anteriori dal tubo (16).
Recuperare le guarnizioni (8).

caliper
Loosen the special screw (11)
between brake line and master
cylinder; take pipe (16) out of master
cylinder. Keep seals (8).
Loosen screws (18) and remove pipe
(16) ring (A) from bottom yoke bracket
(17).
Remove pipe (16) from mudguard clip
(2).
In case clip (2) is damaged when front
brake line is removed, remove rivet
(1) with washer (3) and change clip.
Warning
Pipe, now without clip, can
contact tyre during braking and thus
lead to accidents.
Remove front brake master cylinder
(Sect. F 3).
Loosen the two retaining screws (6)
between left front brake caliper (14)
and fork leg.
Repeat the operation for the right
brake caliper (7).
Loosen the special screws (11) on
both brake calipers and detach front
brake calipers from pipe (16).
Keep seals (8).
