Rimontaggio scatola
filtro
Qualora fosse stata rimossa im-
puntare la colonnetta (16) sulla scato-
la filtro (11) e serrala alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Impuntare il piolo (18) sulla colonnetta
(16).
Impuntare il piolo (18) sulla staffa (21)
fissandolo con il dado (19).
Serrare il piolo (18) e il dado (19) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare la staffa (21) di fissaggio
bobina testa verticale fissandola alla
scatola filtro aria (11) con la vite (20).
Serrare la vite (20) alla coppia di ser-
raggio prescritta (Sez. C3).
Inserire il tubo sfiato aria (12) nellasca-
tola filtro aria (11).
Inserire la colonnetta (16) e la staffa
(21) sui gommini (13) di appoggio al
telaio.
Importante
Per non danneggiare i gom-
mini(13) montati in corrispondenza
del fissaggio della colonnetta (16) e
della staffa (21) al telaio; si consiglia di
lubrificarli con alcool.
Inserire il tubo filtro / uscita serbatoio
sfiato olio (8) sulla sede della scatola
filtro aria (11) posta sul fondo.
Impuntare la vite (15) di fissaggio an-
teriore scatola filtro aria (11) interpo-
nendo il distanziale (14) e il gommino
(13); serrarla successivamente alla
coppia di serraggio prescritta (Sez. C
3).
Refitting the filter box
If the post (16) has been removed, fit
it to the filter box (11) and tighten it to
the specified torque (Section C 3).
Engage the stud (18) in the post (16).
Engage the stud (18) in the bracket
(21) and secure it with the nut (19).
Tighten the stud (18) and the nut (19)
to the specified torque (Section C 3).
Refit the vertical cylinder coil bracket
(21) to the filter box (11) with the
screw (20).
Tighten the screw (20) to the
specified torque (Section C 3).
Fit the breather hose (12) to the filter
box (11).
Fit the post (16) and the bracket (21)
in the frame grommets (13).
Caution
Use alcohol to lubricate the
grommets (13) holding the post (16)
and bracket (21) to the frame to avoid
damaging them.
Fit the filter / oil breather tank drain
hose (8) to its seat in the bottom of
the filter box (11).
Fit the front retaining screw (15) for
the filter box (11) with the spacer (14)
and the grommet (13) between the
screw and the box, and tighten it to
the specified torque (Section C 3).
