Verifica posizionamento cam-
bio
Dopo aver effettuato la spessorazi-
one degli alberi cambio, riaprire il cart-
er.
Inserire le forchette (F) negli scanalati
degli ingranaggi scorrevoli.
Montare il tamburo con gli spessori
calcolati.
Posizionare le forchette sul tamburo e
inserire i relativi perni.
Chiudere il carter senza albero motore
per effettuare un controllo di po-
sizione sul cambio.
Montare il leveraggio selezione
marce (M) ed effettuare la sua regis-
trazione (vedi Sez. N.7.1).
Osservando dall’apertura del cilindro
orizzontale, verificare che, con cam-
bio nella posizione NEUTRAL, gli in-
nesti frontali degli ingranaggi
scorrevoli risultino equidistanti (Fig. 1
- Fig. 2), su entrambi i lati rispetto ai
corrispondenti degli ingranaggi fissi.
Con marcia inserita, controllare che la
forchetta sia libera nella gola dell’in-
granaggio scorrevole (Fig. 3).
Checking gearbox position
After shimming the gearbox shafts,
separate the casings.
Fit the forks (F) into the sliding gear
splines.
Install the selector drum with the
calculated shims.
Position the forks to the drum and
insert the pins.
Close the casings without the
crankshaft to check gearbox position.
Install and adjust the gear selector
lever assembly (M) (see Sect. N 7.1).
Place gearbox in NEUTRAL and look
through the opening of the horizontal
cylinder to check that the clutch dogs
of the sliding gears are equally distant
from the fixed gear dogs (Fig. 1 -
Fig. 2).
Engage a gear and check that the fork
is free in the sliding gear groove
(Fig. 3).
