Rimontaggio pompa
acqua
Pulire accuratamente e lubrificare con
olio motore la sede sul coperchio, i
componenti da riutilizzare e l’alberino
della girante quindi procedere al
rimontaggio operando come segue.
Utilizzando il tampone cod.
88713.0869 montare la tenuta
meccanica (9) nuova sull’alberino
della girante (10).
Installare dal lato interno del
coperchio il distanziale interno (7) con
il lato a spigolo vivo rivolto verso
l’esterno.
Utilizzando un adatto tampone che
lavori sull’anello esterno, portare in
battuta sul distanziale (7) il cuscinetto
(6), con il lato schermato rivolto verso
il coperchio.
Installare l’altro cuscinetto (5)
portandolo in battuta sul precedente.
Montare le due viti (1) con rosetta (2),
serrandole alla coppia prescritta (Sez.
C 3).
Reassembling the
coolant pump
Clean seat in the cover, any parts you
will be reusing and rotor shaft.
Lubricate with engine oil and refit as
follows.
Using drift part no. 88713.0869, fit
the new seal (9) on the rotor shaft
(10).
Working on the inside of the cover, fit
the inner spacer (7) with the sharp
edge facing outwards.
Using a suitable drift on the outer
ring, push the bearing (6) against the
spacer (7) with the shielded end
facing the cover.
Fit the other bearing (5). Push until
fully home against the first bearing.
Fit the two screws (1) with washer (2)
and tighten them to specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
