Controllo gruppo volano
alternatore
Controllare che il rotore alternatore
(24) non presenti danni nella parte in-
terna.
Controllare che la ruota libera funzioni
correttamente e le piste di lavoro dei
rulli non presentino tracce di usura o
danni di qualsiasi tipo.
Riscontrando difetti di funzionamento
si può procedere allo smontaggio del
gruppo.
Scomposizione volano alterna-
tore
Svitare le 8 viti (26) e rimuovere il ro-
tore alternatore (24) dal volano.
Sfilare il perno (15) di riferimento e
l’anello di fermo (16).
Impuntare due delle viti (26) appena
rimosse dal volano lato rotore ed uti-
lizzarle per estrarre flangia (14) e ruota
libera (22).
La ruota libera è montata sulla flangia
con una leggera interferenza. Per la
sua rimozione utilizzare un tampone
adatto.
Checking the flywheel -
generator assembly
Check that the generator rotor (24)
inner part is not damaged.
Check that the starter clutch is
working properly and that the needle
races do not show signs of wear or
damage of any kind.
In the event of defects, dismantle the
assembly.
Disassembling the flywheel -
generator assembly
Undo the eight screws (26) and
remove rotor (24) from flywheel.
Slide out reference pin (15) and circlip
(16).
Start two of the screws (26), just
removed from flywheel rotor-side,
into their holes in order to remove
flange (14) and starter clutch (22).
The starter clutch is a slight
interference fit in the flange. To
remove it, use a suitable drift.
