Disassembling the
throttle control
To gain access to this part, remove
right side fairing from vehicle
(Sect. E 2).
Raise cap (A), loosen check nut (B)
and undo adjuster (14) until it comes
out of the throttle body mount.
Turn throttle control rocker arm so as
to disengage the holder pin (C) from
rocker arm cable.
Unscrew screws (8) and remove the
throttle control cover (6). Disconnect
the throttle cable by disengaging the
cable terminal (D) from the pulley
then screwing the adjuster (E) all the
way out and removing it.
Remove throttle control cable (10)
from vehicle.
Loosen screws (1) and remove
counterweight (2) positioned on right
handlebars.
If necessary, remove the sleeve (3)
and the bushing (4).
Loosen the two screws (7) fixing
throttle control (5) to handlebars.
Remove the throttle control (5) from
the handlebar.
Warning
Disturbing the throttle cable
may affect the throttle body
adjustments. Read Section D 5
before refitting the throttle cable.
Smontaggio comando
acceleratore
Per poter accedere al componente
in questione occorre rimuovere la
carena lato destro dal veicolo
(Sez. E 2).
Sollevare il cappuccio (A), allentare il
controdado (B) e svitare il registro (14)
fino a sfilarlo dal supporto sul corpo
farfallato.
Ruotare il bilancere comando
acceleratore in modo da
disimpegnare il perno (C) di fermo
cavo dal bilancere.
Svitare le viti (8), rimuovere il
coperchio (6), scollegare il cavo
acceleratore, sfilando il perno (D) di
fermo cavo sulla carrucola e allentare
il registro (E) fino a rimuoverlo.
Rimuovere il cavo comando
acceleratore (10) dal veicolo.
Svitare la vite (1) e rimuovere il
contrappeso (2) posto sul
semimanubrio destro.
Recuperare, se necessario la
bussola (3) e la boccola (4).
Allentare le due viti (7) di fissaggio
comando acceleratore (5) al
semimanubrio.
Rimuovere il comando acceleratore
(5) dal semimanubrio.
Attenzione
Operando sul cavo di comando
acceleratore si può compromettere la
registrazione del corpo farfallato.
Consultare la Sez. D 5 prima di
procedere al rimontaggio del cavo
comando acceleratore.
