Smontaggio scatola filtro
Sganciare i ganci (9) di fissaggio del
coperchio (1).
Rimuovere il coperchio scatola filtro
(1).
Se necessario, sfilare le spine (10) per
rimuovere i ganci (9) dal coperchio
scatola filtro (1).
Rimuovere l’elemento filtrante (3).
Ruotare in senso antiorario i cornetti
presa aria (4) e (5) per liberarli dalla
molla di ritegno posta sul corpo farfal-
lato.
Recuperare le guarnizioni (7) di tenu-
ta.
Verificare le condizioni dell’anello OR
(6) e della guarnizione (7) ed eventual-
mente sostituirli.
Svitare la vite anteriore (15) di fissag-
gio della scatola, e rimuoverla
assieme al distanziale (14) e al gom-
mino (13).

Removing the filter box
Release the clips (9) securing the
filter box cover (1).
Remove the filter box cover (1).
If necessary, remove the pins (10) in
order to remove the clips (9) from the
filter box cover (1).
Remove the filter cartridge (3).
Turn the air ducts (4) and (5) to
release them from the retaining
spring on the throttle body.
Remove the seals (7).
Check the O-ring (6) and seal (7) for
wear. Change, if necessary.
Loosen filter box front retaining
screw (15) and remove it with spacer
(14) and rubber block (13).
