Smontaggio scudo
frontale
Svitare le due viti (8) con relative
rosette (9) e rimuovere lo scudo
frontale (7) dal coperchio valvole lato
scarico posizionato sulla testa
orizzonatale.
Note
Fare attenzione ai due
inserti (15) montati nei fori di
fissaggio delle semicarene inferiori.
Rimontaggio scudo
frontale
Posizionare lo scudo frontale (7) in
corrispondenza dei fissaggi sulla testa
orizzontale e fissarlo utilizzando le
viti (8) con relative guarnizioni (9).
Serrare le viti (8) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Rimuovere il cupolino E 1
Rimuovere le carene
laterali
E 2

Removing the front shield
Remove the two screws (8) complete
with their nylon washers (9) and
remove the front shield (7) from the
exhaust side valve cover on the
horizontal head.
Note
Take care not to damage the
two inserts (15) positioned inside
lower side fairing holes.
Reassembling the front
shield
Position the front shield (7) at the
horizontal head fasteners and
secure it in place with screws (8) and
seals (9).
Tighten screws (8) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
