Sostituzione semicuscinetti di
biella
E buona norma sostituire i semicusci-
netti (3) ad ogni revisione del motore.
Vengono forniti di ricambio pronti per
il montaggio e non devono quindi es-
sere ritoccati con raschietti o tela
smeriglio.
Appartengono a due classi dimen-
sionali identificate ciascuna da un
colore (ROSSO e BLU).
Sono costituiti da un supporto ester-
no in acciaio e da uno strato interno a
base di piombo ottenuto con proces-
so galvanico.
La tabella riporta l’accoppiamento dei
semicuscinetti da montare in base
alla classe di selezione dell’albero e
della biella.

Changing the connecting rod
big end bearings
Change the bearings (3) every time
the engine is overhauled.
Spare bearings are supplied ready for
installation. They must not be
reworked with scrapers or emery
cloth.
Two different size classes are
available, each marked with a
different color: RED or BLUE.
They consist of an outer steel support
and an inner lead-base layer obtained
through electroplating.
The table below shows bearing color
to be selected according to
crankshaft and con-rod classes.
