Smontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Prima di procedere alla rimozione dei
componenti in questione occorre
rimuovere dal motoveicolo i particolari
riportati di seguito:
Rimuovere i tappi (4) dai lati del
forcellone.
Svitare le viti (1) e rimuovere i pattini
catena superiore (10) ed inferiore (2).
Allentare le viti (7) sui morsetti di
tenuta del perno forcellone (6) su
entrambi i lati di quest’ultimo.
Per lo smontaggio del perno (6)
occorre rimuovere almeno uno degli
anelli elastici (5) esterni.
Con un adatto punzone spingere il
perno (6) verso l’esterno fino a che il
forcellone risulterà libero
dall’ancoraggio sul motore.
Rimuovere il forcellone (8) dal telaio
recuperando le rosette (9) di
spessorazione forcellone.
Se necessario rimuovere i
componenti installati sul forcellone
seguendo quanto indicato
nell’esploso ad inizio capitolo.

Removing the rear
swingarm
Before removing the swingarm,
remove the following parts from
vehicle:
Remove the caps (4) on either side of
the swingarm.
Loosen screws (1) and remove upper
sliding shoe (10) and lower sliding
shoe (2).
Loosen the clamp screws (7) on
either side of the swingarm shaft (6).
At least one of the outer circlips (5)
has to be removed in order to remove
the shaft (6).
Push out the shaft (6) with a suitable
drift (C) until releasing the swingarm
from the mounting point on the
engine.
Remove the swingarm (8) from the
frame, keep swingarm shims (9).
If necessary, remove components
installed on the swingarm following
indications given in the exploded view
at the beginning of this section.
