Smontaggio bilanceri valvole
Note
Le immagini rappresentano una
testa verticale smontata dal blocco
motore, le operazioni di smontaggio
sono comunque possibili anche con la
testa montata. Le fasi di smontaggio
per entrambe le teste sono le
medesime, ma differiscono
solamente per il posizionamento dei
componenti, in quanto le teste sono
simmetricamente opposte tra loro.
Note
Le immagini rappresentano le
fasi di smontaggio eseguite prima sul
lato scarico e poi lato aspirazione.
Rimuovere la molletta (1) dal perno
bilanciere apertura (4) lato scarico.
Fissare l'attrezzo 88713.1994
all'estremità filettata del perno
bilanciere apertura (4) lato scarico.
Sfilare il perno bilanciere (4).
Togliere il bilanciere apertura (3)
assieme alle due rosette rasamento
(2).

Removing the valve rocker
arms
Note
The photographs show a
vertical head removed from the
engine. This operation can
nevertheless be performed even with
the head in place. The removal
procedure is the same for both heads,
differing only in the relative positions
of the components, since the heads
are arranged symmetrically opposite.
Note
The photographs illustrate
disassembly first of the exhaust side
and then of the inlet side.
Remove the spring (1) from the
exhaust valve opening rocker arm
shaft (4).
Fit special tool 88713.1994 to the
threaded end of the exhaust valve
opening rocker arm shaft (4).
Withdraw the rocker arm shaft (4).
Remove the opening rocker arm (3)
with the two shims (2).
