Rimontaggio gruppo

Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso quanto riportato per lo
smontaggio, facendo tuttavia
particolare attenzione alle operazioni
che vengono richiamate
specificatamente.
È importantissimo pulire
accuratamente tutti i componenti e
tutti gli altri particolari soggetti ad
usura dovranno essere lubrificati
prima del montaggio.
Se sono stati rimossi i gommini di
tenuta (10) dei guidavalvole
rimontarne dei nuovi lubrificandoli
con olio motore ed inserirli dal lato
provvisto di molle sull’attrezzo cod.
88713.2442.
Inserire l’estremità dell’attrezzo nel
guidavalvole e con martello portare in
posizione i gommini di tenuta (10) sui
guidavalvole.
Reassembling the head
Reverse the disassembly sequence.
Pay particular attention to the
operations described below.
Important! Clean all components
thoroughly. Lubricate all wear parts
before installation.
If the valve seal rings (10) for the
valve guides were removed, lubricate
new rings with engine oil and fit onto
tool part no. 88713.2442. from the
spring side.
Fit the tool end into the valve guide
and fit the seal rings (10) onto the
valve guides with a mallet.
