4 - PARAFANGO
ANTERIORE
Smontaggio parafango
anteriore
Sfilare il passatubo (C) dalla tubazione
freno anteriore dalla graffetta (5).
Svitare le viti di fissaggio (1) su
entrambi i lati del parafango.
Rimuovere le viti di fissaggio (1) e le
relative rosette in nylon (2).
Rimuovere il parafango anteriore (3).
Note
La graffetta è fissata al
parafango anteriore mediante un
rivetto a strappo (6).
Dopo aver rimosso il rivetto,
recuperare le due rosette (4).
Attenzione
Non utilizzare il motociclo senza
il parafango anteriore in quanto
questo elemento funge da supporto
alla tubazione freno, evitando che
questa vada ad interferire con la
ruota, durante la frenata.
Rimontaggio parafango
anteriore
Posizionare il parafango anteriore e
impuntare le viti di fissaggio (1) con le
relative rosette (2).
Posizionare sulla graffetta (5) il
passatubo (A) dalla tubazione del
freno anteriore.
Serrare le viti (1) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
4 - FRONT MUDGUARD
Removing the front
mudguard
Remove front brake hose ring (A)
from front mudguard clip (5).
Loosen retaining screws (1) from
both sides of mudguard.
Remove retaining screws (1) and
nylon washers (2).
Remove front mudguard (3).
Note
Clip is fixed to front mudguard
by means of a tear rivet (6).
Remove rivet and keep the two
washers (4).
Warning
Do not ride the motorcycle
without the front mudguard. The front
mudguard also acts as a brake hose
support and prevents brake hose
from touching the wheel under
braking.
Reassembling the front
mudguard
Position front mudguard and start
retaining screws (1) with washers (2)
into their threads.
Position hose ring (A) on clip (5) of
front brake hose.
Tighten screws (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
