Rule 1 If a table has no entries, no restrictions are applied.
Rule 2 If there are only Deny entries, restrictions are provided as Deny only.
Rule 3 If there are only Allow entries, restrictions are provided as Allow only.
Rule 4 If there are both Allow and Deny entries, the Deny entries are searched. If the
dialed number matches a Deny entry, and it is not part of an Allow entry the call
is restricted; if no match is found the call is allowed. For example, if 2223 is
assigned in the Allow Table and 222 is assigned in the Deny Table numbers
starting with 222 are denied except for 2223.

Conditions
The system automatically applies the assigned COS.
1. The dialing privileges are based on the CO and Station COS.
2. When you enter an Authorization code, the COS associated with the code may be
selected for the call.
