Wake-Up alarm index number (1-5) available for the station. If no index is available,
the Attendant setting is ignored
4. When the Attendant erases the Wake-Up alarm, all five alarm indices are erased.
5. Changing the Wake-Up alarm format from the standard to the enhanced 5-alarm
format in the system database will cancel and erase all active Wake-up alarms.
6. For the One-time alarms, the year can be set from 2000 to 2031.
