Spur Avoidance
Option H1G has a spur at the -50 MHz offset of the Center Frequency, so this Spur
Avoidance function is provided to eliminate this spur.

Auto: move the spur completely out of analysis bandwidth, the trade-off is that
the available analysis bandwidth will be reduced to 400 MHz. And EVM could be
worse as the edge of the passband is used for analysis

Manual: move the spur by a specified value or turn off this feature by setting the
