Multi-Carrier Filter
Specifies whether or not to apply a filter to the acquisition IQ data to filter out
adjacent carriers.
When other carriers are expected to be adjacent to the carrier of interest, this multi-
carrier filter can be used to filter out the unwanted carrier and minimize leakage into
the carrier of interest.
