SWEep – every time a sweep is complete
CHANnel – when all the sweeps for each channel are complete
GLOBal – when all sweeps in all channels are complete
Note:*RST or "Preset" do not change the configuration of the
Universal Interface. Use CONTrol:HANDler:RESet to restore
default values.
*RST: n/a (default: GLOBal)
Example: See CONTrol:HANDler:PASSfail:MODE
CONTrol<Ch>:RFFE:TEST:OUTPut
Applies the current output voltage and current range (shunt) settings to the RFFE/
GPIO pins.
Same function as CONTrol<Ch>:GPIO:VOLTage:OUTPut.

CONTrol<Ch>:RFFE:TEST:TIME <MeasTime>
Sets the measurement time for the voltage/current measurements on the RFFE and
GPIO pins.
Same functionality as CONTrol<Ch>:GPIO:TIME.

Channel number
This suffix is ignored and can be omitted: the measurement time
is valid for all channels.
Parameters:
<MeasTime> Measurement (= sampling = averaging) time
Range: 95 μs to 100 ms
*RST: 100 ms

CONTrol<Ch>:RFFE:TEST:SENSe:TRIGger
Starts the voltage/current measurements on all RFFE pins.
The measurement time can be defined using CONTrol<Ch>:RFFE:TEST:TIME.
