9 Verify transmitter
beam alignment.
Check transmitter beam
and if necessary, realign
the beam.Repeat item 5,7
and 8.
10 Adjust EDM base
screw position.
A. Turn the EDM base
screw until it touches
the ground of the
centre unit.
B. Turn the screw
clockwise until the
beam moves the
distance of its vertical
diameter.
C. Adjust the beam
position back to the
cross-hair with the
screws.
D. Lock the EDM base
screw with Glue MS
1855.
The purpose of the
EDM base screw is
avoiding vibrations in
the EDM.
