21 Local Support and Troubleshooting
This chapter provides information regarding Local Support and Troubleshooting (LST). The
table below lists different types of error messages that appear in the Web interface.
Table 21-1: LST Messages in Web Interface
Error Message
Authentication Error Please check Internet connection User and Password
No Internet Connection Please make sure the device is properly connected to an
xDSL line
No Internet Connection Please make sure the external modem is powered up and the
Ethernet cable is connected
No Internet Connection Please make sure the external modem is properly connected
to the wall xDSL or cables jack.
Bad Internet Connection Please make sure the xDSL cable between the device and
the xDSL wall jack is properly connected

The following error message appears when there is no internet connection:
